Chifuyu Matsuno thought he was surrounded by losers, and his only outlet to stave off boredom was fighting, until Keisuke Baji introduced him to the Tokyo Manji motorcycle gang. After proving himself against the rival gang Killer Bee, Chifuyu is eager to rise through the ranks. However, that often means butting heads with Ryusei Satou, who mysteriously goes missing after an ominous warning about being targeted by Yotsuya Kaiden.
