**UPDATE 1.3.25**

Due to the back-to-back holiday weeks and massive New Releases, some orders, including Pre-Orders, will see a delay in shipment. We are working as hard as possible, including staying late and coming in on the weekend, to get all orders shipped out as quickly as possible.

We have seen that lately the USPS is not updating tracking for our packages regularly and in several cases there have been no updates between the time the order ships and when it is out for delivery. If you have received a shipment notification then the package is in their hands and will have it delivered to you ASAP. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
