Created by the dynamic duo of writer Mike Baron and artist Steve Rude in 1981, this groundbreaking sci-fi superhero saga follows Horatio Hellpop, a reluctant executioner of mass murderers, as he navigates a complex universe 500 years in the future.

Unlike the previous line of smaller, no-frills, 9" x 6" softcover editions from Dark Horse Comics, which have been out of print for well over a decade and contained no backmatter or extras, these premium tomes will be oversized, deluxe, 11" x 8" hardcover editions that collect the entire main series from Capital Comics, First Comics, and Dark Horse Comics, including one shots, backmatter, limited series, and other amazing material never before reprinted! This omnibus collection will gather the full run of the definitive Nexus comics by master storyteller Mike Baron. Volume 1 will be an 864-page collection of Nexus’s journey, from his original Capital Comics origins presented in volume one in glorious black and white, magazine size, through the entire full color series at First Comics.

The first NEXUS: OMNIBUS Deluxe Edition will contain the original three black and white issues from the volume one at Capital Comics, along with the first twenty-six issues of volume two, published by Capital Comics and then First Comics. If hit the stretch goals, it will also include extra backmatter, notable letters pages, essays, and never before seen process pages and artwork.
