The adventures of the Justice Society of America reached a high point in the stories collected here.  Reprinting ALL STAR COMICS #34-38 (1947-1948), this volume also features a foreword by writer and Golden Age enthusiast Roy Thomas.  It was a time of supreme villainy: the Wizard, Per Degaton, the Injustice Society of the World, and more - some of DCU history's most vile characters.  As a bonus, Superman and Batman make guest-appearances as members!
