Regarding Pre-Orders:

1) Release dates for books are changing constantly. Please check the individual product pages for the most up to date release date information before writing in.

2) Pre-Orders ship the week they are released. Please do not write in regarding the shipment status of your pre-order unless a week or more has passed since the book's release.

Please read through our homepage/COVID update prior to sending a message as your questions (especially those regarding timeframes for shipping) may be answered there.
